Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

Every year a family in our neighborhood hosts an Easter Egg Hunt for all of the kids.  Isn't that the greatest idea?  After the hunt we stayed for a pot luck and visited with people from our neighborhood.  It was a lot of fun.

I think the best part of the whole hunt was watching Maverick.  He picked up two plastic eggs dropped them and then found a chocolate egg.  He stood in the same spot unwrapping that egg and eating it for the rest of the hunt.  He was totally happy with his one egg.  I love that kid!
