Spring Trip to Arizona

Every Spring life gets difficult for me in the land of never ending winter. I know, I know, there are many other parts of the country/world that have MUCH longer winters than Utah.  But, this California girl can only handle so much!

Every March we get desperate for sunshine and Arizona is basking in warm golden rays!  So we have decided to make a Spring trip to Arizona a tradition.  It really is the perfect time to visit.

The whole trip was a dream.  Blue skies, warm sunshine, and lots of family.  It doesn't get much better than that!

Michael stuck Eli in this plane.  Pretty sure if anyone had seen us we would have been kicked out.  Glad I got these pictures though.

Some memorable moments from the trip:
  • We planned an activity for each day and after a few minutes of fun Eli would always ask, "Can we go back to grandma's house now."  That boy really likes grandma and grandpa.
  • We got to have family pictures take by the ever so talented Libby Jones.  (More on that in another post.)
  • We visited to newly dedicated Gilbert temple.  It is such a gorgeous temple.
  • Eli had a blast playing with all of his cousins.  I wish we lived closer so he could play with them more.
We miss you Arizona!
